  1. Hello. My massage therapist told me that I have a tucked tailbone. I’ve not really noticed pain except my buttock muscles and hamstrings are extremely tight and sore. She said that she could get it back in place, but I’m a little unsure about a massage therapist doing that. Do I need to have a referral from my doctor to schedule an appointment? I have BCBS insurance. Thank you!
